The range of GAA with drilling units offers multiples possibilities for the production of components of aluminium. The correct selection of the machine to produce the aluminium components can be detailed here below: 1) Selection of blade size . GAA-350 / GAA-500 / GAA-600 / GAA-650 / GAA-800 2) Selection of GA A CNC or GAA PNEUMATIC a) GAA CNC . feeder with ballscrew (700mm) and servomotor. This version allows to include more axis on the machine, for example Y axis on the vertical drilling unit. The machine works also with touch screen panel and accepts library of parts and creation of cutting lists. It is possible to program multiple holes per piece. The machine can cut to any length as the feeder can reposition multiple times. b) GAA Pneumatic . Feeder with 300 or 500mm hydro pneumatic cylinder . This machine does not work with CNC controller and touch screen panel. The adjustments is manual with piece counter. The f eeder stroke is limited to two in the standard version and nine strokes as optional. The quantity of holes / drills is limited to one. 3) Selection of the drilling unit There are three available drilling units. a) TR12 , Hydropneumatic drilling unit.
